Character Background: Xephos/Lewis, a spaceman, was new to the land of Minecraftia and shown how to survive on this new planet by Honeydew/Simon, a dwarf from Khaz Modan, who was also new to Minecraftia though had learned the strange quirks of the world in a previous stay. It took a while but eventually they created their home in a cave under a mountain--the Yogcave--and had truly settled down. They even built a portal to hell, a Nether Portal/Hellgate, but found it did not work. As they continued to build things and expand the Yogcave, strange things began to occur including being shot at from their roof by arrows and the detonation of a TNT booby trap which destroyed part of their dwelling. Incited by the trolling and destruction, Xephos and Honeydew took chase of the pale faced man named Israphel who was responsible.

As they tried to follow in Israpehl's retreating footsteps, they were lead down a paved path on which stood Old_Peculiar, the Inn Keeper of Terrorvale, who showed them into town. In Terrorvale they learned of the death of Israphel from the man's father, Reverend_John, who became crazed and was killed in self defense by the pair of heroes. After investigating Israphel's tomb, however, they discovered that Israphel was very much alive and had kidnapped the town's blacksmith, Daisy_Duke, and taken her to his underground fortress far beneath the town. Xephos and Honeydew gave chase with Old_Peculiar only to discover a path which lead them back to the Yogcave and to the Hellgate they themselves had constructed.

Taking a break from the oddities they had discovered in Terrorvale, Xephos and Honeydew left to a desert island to begin life again. It was to be short lived, though, as soon Old_Peculiar, with the help of Skylord_Lysander, flew to the island to enlist their help. Daisy_Duke was still missing and sands had begun seeping through the Yogcave's Hellgate. Reminded of something from his past, Old_Peculiar suggested they head to Mistral City where he, Daisy, and Lysander are all originally from. When Old_Peculiar became poorly, the heroes sought the help of the wizard Fumblemore to aid in his recovery, meeting Father_Braeburn and Granny_Bacon in their quest for the healing ingredients for the potion. Honeydew hit it off with Granny and Xephos experienced his first deaths after being blown up by a creeper in the Mistrilian Temple and then getting stuck on a fence post and drowning outside the home of Skylord_Jasper. The potion finally made, the heroes brought it to Old_Peculiar who recovered and instructed the team to go to his father's old guard tower to find clues. Digging down to the guard tower's basement, they found a note instructing Old_Peculiar to find the Hellgate underground. Using the old mineshaft, Xephos, Honeydew and Old_Peculiar proceed to their underground task though the Skylord refuses to accompany them below.

Upon finding the Hellgate surrounded by sand deep underground, the heroes realized Old_Peculiar's father had already destroyed it himself years ago after going through to seal it. A note left by the father to his son instructs Old_Peculiar to finish his work should the great evil he's sealed ever be released again. Old_Peculiar takes up his father's old armor and sword and becomes Knight_Peculiar [KP].

After emerging from the mines, they found Mistral City burning with all the townsfolk gone, escaped to neighboring city Icaria. After inspecting the ruins, it seemed Skylord_Lysander had been a disciple of Israphel and set fire to the great city. Knight_Peculiar took off for Verigan's Hold while Xephos and Honeydew were tasked to rescue Granny_Bacon who had been kidnapped. By the time they found her it was too late as she had been corrupted by the evil taint and turned into a zombie. They killed her in self defense and again fought and destroyed Reverend_John who they had believed to have killed back in Terrorvale. The Reverend, in their chase, brought them to a room in which a new Hellgate had been erected and died, leaving a piece of paper behind. Destroying the Hellgate as per their quest objective, the heroes escaped Mistral City and followed after Knight_Peculiar through Skull Pass.

Skull Pass lead them not immediately to Verigan's Hold but to the Carnivale Del Banjo where Xephos and Honeydew wasted some time with fortune tellers and strong men. They soon hurried on past to Verigan's Hold where they met Templar_Adaephon who explained the presence of the great wall and the sands beyond it. The sands were in fact a disease which the wall keeps at bay. The history of the sand and the wall was explained in great detail. However, now there was a large hole in the wall which Knight_Peculiar had gone to mend. The heroes hurried to help him, getting attacked by Israphel and his minions as they reach the broken barrier. The heroes told KP about Granny_Bacon and Reverned_John and showed him the paper the reverend had dropped. It was apparently a map fragment. They hurried to reconstruct the missing chunk of the wall then returned to show the fragment to Adaephon who confirmed that it was in fact Karpath's map which could show them how to destroy the great evil. Needing the knowledge of one older and wiser than them, Xephos and Honeydew sought out Fumblemore back in Mistral City, finding instead his brother Swampy_Bogbeard. Swampy told them the locations of the remaining three map fragments which lead the two heroes first to nearby Barbeque Bay.

After a pirate skirmish, Honeydew and Xephos met Isabel_Peculier, Knight_Peculiar's sister and captain of the Black Pimple. Her first mate, Pirate_Tinman, had gone missing while searching for the treasure left by Grimjaw_Slugface, the pirate believed to have had the map fragment. She sent the heroes down to recover her fist mate, several episodes spent running around and puzzle solving before finally finding Jock, the pirate who stole the map fragment from Grimjaw, who easily escaped them and trapped them deep underground with a Hellgate. Considering it their only means of escape, the two entered the Hellgate which deposited them in a fortress in the Nether full of pipes and electronics. Confused, they retreated back to the trapped room and dug their way out instead, Xephos being killed by an overeager Honeydew who hit him a few too many times with his pickax. By the time they dug their way to freedom, Barbeque Bay had been burned down, Jock claiming to have burned it as he had Mistral City. Another pirate skirmish commenced with Jock getting his comeuppance. Though the harbor was lost, Pirate_Tinman was returned to Isabel_Peculier who had found the stolen map fragment the heroes were searching for.

Suddenly Xephos and Honeydew were transported to the future where Verigan_Antioch, one of the men from the past who had saved the world from the sands before, showed them what will happen if they fail. Returned to their present time, the heroes took off with Spacker_LeChuck, a pirate dwarf, back to see Swampy_Bogbeard for instruction. They decided to travel to Stoneholm to collect the dwarfs' piece of the map, but conditions made them take refuge in what turned out to be Skylord_Jasper's home. They rescued Skylord_Lysander, who was innocent of burning down Mistral City, from the 'fungeon' in the basement where he was being held captive as Jasper's sex slave. Free from his cell, Lysander suggested instead that Xephos and Honeydew come with him to Skyhold to gain the map fragment of the Skylords. They agreed while Spacker went ahead to Stoneholm alone.

The heroes underwent many trials in Skyhold, uncovering the presence of Israphel's cult as the Skylords were murdered one by one. They became Skylords themselves after completing all the trials and destroyed the evil Skylord_Vitali, gaining the map fragment at last after journeying inside the constructed Turtle God.

From there they went to find the last map fragment in Stoneholm, meeting back up with Spacker who has been denied entrance due to a quarantine. Together they snuck in the back to discover Stoneholm had been taken over by Israphel's cult and the dwarfs were being turned into zombie slaves. As they snuck around, they discovered Knight_Peculiar was being held prisoner by the dwarfs and rushed to rescue him. KP had come to Stoneholm to discover why the dwarves had not made the wall unbreakable as they had said they would. They traveled to the Deepcore to search for answers, finding deep shafts which lead to a sandstone ruin. They believed the ruins to be the reason the dwarves stopped mining the bedrock and followed a mine track to a deactivated spire which once reinforced the wall. At the spire was a message from Verigan_Antioch which spoke of the spire awakening the Sand God. With the message was the final map fragment. The heroes powered up the spire and noticed at its top stood a Hellgate. Through the Hellgate they discovered the tainted Dwarf king who revealed that Daisy would be a sacrifice to the Sand God and there was now only three days until the end of the world. KP killed him in rage. They sought out another Hellgate to return to the normal world through but instead they found themselves miles away at the fallen Last Watch Hold when they emerged. Knight_Peculiar retold the story from his childhood to the present as they focused on their objective and planned to stop Israphel no matter what.

They reentered the portal, planning to find supplies to begin their task with Karpath's map now complete when suddenly Xephos ended up in Wonderland.

Xephos is the unofficial leader, being the more focused of the duo he and Honeydew comprise. He tries to pause and think of a plan or wrap his mind around puzzles and plots whereas Honeydew just tries to blow it all up. Not that Xephos isn't just as bad a cheater when he's too tired to really give it a go or is frustrated. Xephos tends to hold on to everything they find in case it becomes useful later, always having to pause to sort out his inventory for all the guff he's collected. Cautious though he is, he often dies from bad luck or something Honeydew induced such as his blazing on ahead, leaving Xephos to fend for himself. He is very patient and rather forgiving, used to be owned and more concerned with the bigger picture than temporary inconvenience. He is very easily distracted.

Abilities/Special Powers: Xephos can summon items using ops powers, resurrect an infinite amount of times and teleport. No longer being in the world of Minecraft, these powers are probably gone.

Third-Person Sample:
Xephos added coal to the furnace, watching with anticipation as his cobblestone morphed into smooth stone right before his eyes. He’d need quite a lot of it to finish his plans for the Yogcave. One large monolith of smooth stone running up the side of the mountain would surely be visible from any distance as they set out to explore more of their land. It would certainly be better than the dirt ceiling and otherwise less than ideal building materials that had once been the foundation of their makeshift hovel and now needed to be upgraded. Between the mysterious meddling of Israphel and Honeydew’s destructive pyromania, it was amazing they even still had a home at all. But Xephos had plans—big plans—for their home and little setbacks like an improvised water feature at their back door and the full replacement of their wooden floor were not going to stand in the way of progress.

Just a few more stacks of cobblestone, a few more stacks of coal, and he’d have the building materials he needed to continue. Nothing was going to keep him from his plans, not creepers or spiders of any other mob that deigned spawn in his path. The Yogcave was going to be magnificent!

“Lewis! Lewis, come look at this! You have got to see this!”

Though surely Honeydew could still delay the progress for a while.

First-Person Sample:
[Xephos had expected magma. He had expected wires and pipes and electronics and most of all he had expected Honeydew at the very least to be right there with him. Alone in the woods was most certainly not at all what he had expected at all

The camera shows one William Riker of the USS Enterprise standing in the woods, looking rather lost and confused. He may look like the starship commander, but he most certainly does not sound like him.]

Wha-this isn’t the Nether. Simon? Simon, where’s the portal? And Peculiar? And you?! This is absolutely ridiculous! Is this the spawn point? How did I die?! I don’t remember dying! I was just… Is this… is this near Terrorvale? Was Terrorvale near the forest biome? I can’t believe this. Are you in the Nether? Actually, can I teleport to the Nether from here? Hold on.

[He stands still for a moment then throws his arms up in the air.]

Great, just great. Something’s wrong; I’m not an op anymore. Simon, can you even hear me? I can’t teleport to you and it’s getting dark… Oh, look at this, I have absolutely nothing! No coal, no sword, no tools! I cannot believe this!

[Xephos walks over to the nearest tree and starts to punch it.]

Punch tree, punch tree-Eeaaah~! What's wrong with the trees?

[He tries other trees with much the same result, shaking his poor hands.]

Oh, God. I am so screwed! Why can’t I punch these trees down?! [whine] Oh my God, Simon, what has gone wrong with my client? Notch!

[Not able to punch the trees down, Xephos goes for the only logical step left: dig down deep to burry himself underground for safety. He crouches and furiously digs at the earth. There is a lot of whining and pretend heavy breathing involved.]

I can’t punch through the dirt? Oh, God, this is going to take ages! Why is everything so nerfed?!
